To increase shop stewards’ understanding on gender and the impact unequal gender relations have on workers’ struggles

 

Improved cooperative gender and equal power relations amongst all our members.

 

Improved integration of gender issues in union activities 

 

Targeting 30 locals spread across provinces

 

Educators and Gender Coordinators are responsible for coordination of this activity

 

National Women’s School: August Month 2009

 

To give women leadership a space to learn from each other’s experience while celebrating their achievements
